Adams Outdoor Advertising in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Market to support FP&A across 12 markets. You’ll partner with Regional Finance Managers to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis in a fast-paced environment.

You will build proformas, perform variance analyses, and develop dashboards for senior leadership, contributing to strategic initiatives and cross-functional decisions within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Annual budgeting and rolling forecast coordination with Regional Finance Managers and leaders.
• End-to-end P&L forecasting with variance analysis and insights.
• Weekly revenue projections and alignment with short-term goals.
• Prepare monthly P&L reviews and actionable reporting for market leadership.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and accrual validation.
• Develop models for M&A and capital projects, including ROI and synergy analysis.
• Create proformas for new builds and asset conversions with payback/IRR.
• Produce monthly reporting packages and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Standardize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across markets.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance Managers, FP&A, GMs, and CFO/Accounting on assumptions.
