Job summary

Adams Outdoor Advertising is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Market to support FP&A across 12 markets. You will partner with Regional Finance Managers to drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close, while building proformas for M&A and capital projects.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related roles.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; ERP or reporting systems familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

Annual budgeting and rolling forecast support with Regional Finance Managers and leaders.
End-to-end P&L forecasting with variance analysis and insights for market leadership.
Weekly revenue projections to support short-term financial goals and decisions.
Perform close support: review journal entries and accruals with accounting teams.
Develop financial models for M&A, capital projects, proformas, ROI, and IRR.
Create monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Standardize budgeting and forecasting processes across markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and finance leadership on assumptions.
