Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
• 3–5 years in financial planning & analysis or related roles.
• Strong modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP or reporting systems preferred.
• Able to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes with Regional Finance Managers and leadership.
• Lead end-to-end P&L forecasting with variance insights and senior leadership input.
• Prepare weekly revenue projections and align with market goals.
• Analyze performance vs. budget/forecast and deliver clear reports for monthly reviews.
• Assist month-end close, review entries, and validate revenue/expense accuracy.
• Develop and maintain M&A and capital project models, including ROI analyses.
• Create proformas for new builds and asset conversions with payback/IRR analysis.
• Produce monthly dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Standardize budgeting/forecasting processes and drive cross-functional collaboration.
