The role focuses on in-depth analysis, financial reporting, and strategic decision support, collaborating with plant management, the Controller group, and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual planning and forecasting.
• Support cost center reporting, analysis, and capital spending.
• Contribute to board presentations and special projects.
• Analyze profitability by job and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver daily operational dashboard reporting for the Thermoforming division.
• Conduct root cause analysis on inventory and working capital.
• Collaborate with plant management on inventory valuation and reconcile financial results.
• Assist monthly close activities and accruals.
• Review capital expenditure requests focusing on ROI and cash flow.
• Oversee data governance for the consolidation system (Datarails).
