Zusammenfassung

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr. Analyst on the Long Range Planning (LRP) team in Bellevue, WA, to shape financial strategy and support enterprise-wide targets under GAAP and IFRS.

You will build analytical models, collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Financial Reporting, and present findings to leadership. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days a week and offers opportunities to grow through cross-functional exposure and data-driven decision support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting required.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and US GAAP required.
• 2-4 years of Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset who challenges the status quo.
• Hands-on experience with data transformation using Alteryx and SQL, and reporting/visualization solutions such as Snowflake and/or PowerBI, a strong plus.
• Able to work with large amounts of data and distill it into meaningful information and insights.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement of technical solutions and FP&A processes.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action.
• Analytical skill and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes through automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role requires effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Desire and demonstrated capability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment in a fast-paced industry.
• Advanced skills in data, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; Microsoft Teams/SharePoint a strong plus.
• Wireless industry experience a plus.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the enterprise-wide financial model supporting T-Mobile’s Long-Range Plan and short-and-long-term forecasts (current year through five-year horizon)
• Build and maintain complex financial models using business drivers that leverage data from various sources
• Assist in constructing executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
• Develop innovative technical solutions to drive process and reporting enhancements within the short and long term forecasts as well as monthly actuals
• Develop a working knowledge of key account/customer and financial concepts and tailor model frameworks for improving forecasting and reporting
