Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Data analysis, data science, decision science, quantitative fields (Required)
• 7-10 years analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
• Experience with reporting & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
• Advanced analytics including SQL analysis of complex datasets and research (Required)
• Experience with Python, R, Go or similar stats language (Required)
• Telecommunications experience is a plus (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide insights and recommendations that optimize experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions including reports, dashboards, and self-service tools
• Apply analytical and modeling techniques to enhance decision-making and prioritize resources
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate findings to influence leadership
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
