Job summary

Mack Trucks is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management. You will work with the FP&A Manager, finance leadership, and stakeholders to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

The role requires strong analytical ability, communication skills, and experience with financial modeling and cross-functional collaboration. Base pay reflects market norms for North Carolina and includes potential bonuses.

Qualifications

Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and analytical skills.
Experience developing financial models and scenario analysis.
Understanding of how financial performance links to strategic objectives.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to translate data into storytelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with or knowledge of Hyperion/ERP tools is preferred.
Experience dealing with multiple currencies and exchange rates preferred.

Responsibilities

Support monthly financial close and reporting activities with variance analyses and performance insights.
Develop recurring and ad hoc financial reports and leadership materials.
Translate strategic initiatives into financial plans and investments with executive reporting.
Partner with controllers and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to forecasts, annual plans, and financial projections for Mack Trucks.
Oversee Investment Process including decision making and payment templates.
Engage in projects, process improvements, and internal controls as needed.
Lead internal process and tool improvement initiatives.
Serve as Hyperion Financial Planning and Essbase super user for the organization.
