Job summary

Volvo Group, including Mack Trucks, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst in Greensboro, NC to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management. You will partner with finance leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver insightful analyses for leadership decision-making.

You will drive monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and investment processes, leveraging Hyperion Essbase/Planning and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close and reporting with variance analyses and insights.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc financial reports and materials for leadership.
• Translate strategic initiatives into financial plans, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Partner with controllers and cross-functional representatives.
• Prepare forecasts, annual plans, and financial projections for Mack Trucks.
• Responsible for the Investment Process including decision and payment template.
• Involve in projects, process improvements, and governance activities.
• Lead internal process and tool improvement initiatives.
• Hyperion FP&A Super User managing Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
