Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to strengthen FP&A, reporting, and profitability modeling. You will manage Hyperion-based processes, build dashboards, and partner across Finance, IT, and Sales to drive forecasts and budgets.

The role requires a strong technical and analytical background, experience in manufacturing finance, and the ability to communicate complex results clearly to senior leadership. A competitive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, financial systems, accounting, analytics, or related role.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and ERP/BI tools.
• Ability to translate questions into reporting requirements and insights.
• Strong Excel and data analysis, with attention to accuracy and reporting integrity.

Responsibilities

• Co-administer Hyperion reporting structures, metadata, hierarchies, and recurring processes.
• Collaborate with IT to test and implement finance data changes.
• Partner with sales to build forecasts, budgets, and scenario models.
• Create executive-level financial presentations for management and board.
• Develop profitability reporting by customer, product, and channel.
