Cambria is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, robust dashboards, and collaboration with senior leadership.

The candidate will build reporting in Sigma, drive annual budgets and forecasts, and develop long-term financial models. Experience with Tableau/Sigma, Oracle, and AI tools like Claude is highly valued in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–7 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance-related role, with understanding of manufacturing economics, cost drivers, and production environments.
• Advanced MS Excel user; proficient in Microsoft applications; experience with Oracle, Tableau/Sigma; BOARD and/or Salesforce desired.

Responsibilities

• Build robust reporting and dashboards in Sigma (or comparable tools) to drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Analyze financial results with operations; explain variances and key trends to leadership.
• Develop models to project long-term implications of business decisions.
• Define KPIs with management and identify process inefficiencies to improve data quality.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects for high-level decision-making.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and draft documentation with human review.
