Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–7 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced MS Excel; experience with Oracle, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with BOARD and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Build reporting and dashboards using visualization tools and multiple data sources to drive business decisions.
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze departmental financial results and explain trends to leaders.
• Prepare and present financials to senior leadership.
• Develop financial models to forecast impact of business decisions.
• Identify drivers and metrics; recommend data quality improvements.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support management decisions.
