Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in New Jersey seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will partner with leaders to provide insights, drive performance, and ensure accurate reporting in a regulated life sciences environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, plus development of financial models and participation in capital planning and SEC/SOX

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/admin or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze financial performance and communicate key drivers and risks
• Prepare and present management reports and dashboards to senior leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance and drive cost optimization
• Develop financial models to support business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives
• Assist with closing activities and reporting deliverables
• Support CapEx planning, tracking, and ROI analysis
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Participate in special projects and analyses as needed
