Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related financial discipline.
• Experience supporting government contracts, project-based organizations, or complex business operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze current and historical financial data and performance.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and projections based on analytical findings.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Analyze financial performance trends and recommend improvements to business results.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Support best practices that improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders to support financial and operational decision-making.
• Maintain daily availability to meet business needs and deadlines.
