Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of experience in finance, investing, or investment banking, including planning and forecasting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and tie to business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects in a structured, timely manner.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting data and recommendations to partners at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine fund models incorporating management fees, committed capital, and investment performance.
• Analyze return drivers and portfolio performance to support investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting by tracking assets under management, NAV, and portfolio returns.
• Contribute to budgeting processes by aligning cost center spend with broader financial goals.
• Conduct analyses across business areas and support M&A activities through modeling and performance tracking.
