BlueWave is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Strategic Finance & FP&A in Boston. You will lead complex financial modeling, oversee budgeting/forecasting, and provide actionable insights to executives.

The role drives liquidity planning, variance analysis, and data-driven decisions using Power BI and NetSuite. You will collaborate with business units to improve financial health, deliver dashboards, and implement controls for faster, more accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience with influence on decisions.
• Advanced Excel with complex modeling, macros, and Power Query.
• Direct experience with NetSuite, PowerBI, and Procore preferred; strong Power BI report development.
• Ability to analyze large datasets across multiple systems and translate into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication with non-finance stakeholders and leadership.
• MBA or CPA a plus; BS in Finance/Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling and planning across the business.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide insights to executive leadership to drive decisions.
• Analyze variance and KPIs; explain drivers and recommend actions.
• Manage cash-flow forecasting components and project spend impact.
• Partner with business units on financial health and efficiency.
• Design dashboards and executive presentations for leadership.
