Job summary

BlueWave is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leaders, drive strategic planning, and deliver actionable insights that shape decisions. You will own complex modeling, budgeting integrity, and forecasting processes while advising stakeholders and executives.

You will craft dashboards and visuals in Power BI, test data quality, and enable automated reporting. The role emphasizes proactive process improvements and strong communication of results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 5+ years in financial analysis with influence on decisions.
• Advanced Excel with complex modeling; Power Query.
• Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, and Procore preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning & forecasting, converting operational changes into financial implications.
• Analyze data to identify trends and KPIs; present high-impact recommendations.
• Lead monthly variance analysis for projects and SG&A; investigate drivers.
• Own cash-flow forecasting components and analyze variances.
• Partner with business units to guide financial health and resource allocation.
• Design dashboards and executive visuals; ensure accurate reporting and data quality.
• Drive policy implementation and process improvements in finance.
