Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or project accounting.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition and billing.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls and process improvements across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Excel, and Oracle ERP to enhance reporting and decision-making.
