Job summary

Ambient Enterprises is seeking a data-driven FP&A Analyst to join our National Service finance team. You will partner with the Controller – National Service, regional accounting managers, and operations to build budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics that improve profitability and EBITDA.

You will develop standardized reporting across divisions, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.
• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-division operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgeting across Nationwide Service with regional leaders.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, quarterly projections, and full-year outlooks.
• Analyze actual results vs. budget and identify variances and drivers.
• Develop financial models for planning, resources, and growth initiatives.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages with variance analyses and summaries.
