Ambient Enterprises is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for its Nationwide Service organization. The role partners with the Controller - National Service, regional accounting managers, and operational leaders to develop budgets and forecasts, analyze results, and identify profitability opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, financial reporting, or management accounting preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Experience supporting a multi-location, multi-division, or operationally complex organization preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, field service, industrial services, construction services, or another labor-intensive service business is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process across the Nationwide Service organization with regional leaders.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, quarterly projections, and full-year financial outlooks for revenue, gross profit, Opex, and EBITDA.
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying variances and drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, allocation, and growth initiatives.
• Consolidate financial plans across divisions and regions for a nationwide view.
• Support scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to assess financial impact of changes.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages with income statements and variance analyses.
• Develop standardized reporting across divisions for consistency and transparency.
• Analyze trends in revenue, gross profit, labor costs, overhead, and EBITDA.
