Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to leadership, guiding financial decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will own planning, forecasting, project accounting, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business.

You'll collaborate with leaders to provide insights, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance while leveraging Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to enhance reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or a related financial role.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis experience.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations to support strategic decisions and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance including revenue, profitability, margins, and KPIs.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks/opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contract review, and billing.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, analyses, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls, process improvements, and operational efficiency efforts.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other enterprise systems to enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.
