Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership, guiding financial decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across projects, using Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to generate actionable insights.

The role requires a strategic finance mindset, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate data into decisions that improve margins and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or a related financial role.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities with financial modeling.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders to influence decisions and performance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; Office Suite proficient.
• Experience with BI tools and enterprise systems for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and advise on improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting for revenue recognition and billing.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls and process improvements across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other enterprise systems for reporting and decision-making.
