Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior business leaders.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Strong understanding of data analytics, KPI development, and performance metrics
• Ability to work with large datasets and synthesize insights quickly

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, supporting strategic planning and operational decision-making
• Partner with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with company objectives
• Provide financial guidance on pricing, investments, cost optimization, and growth initiatives
• Challenge assumptions and offer data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes
• Support leadership with scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for key strategic initiatives
• Develop advanced financial and operational models to analyze performance drivers and profitability
• Create dashboards and KPIs to enhance visibility into business performance
• Lead recurring business reviews and monitor KPIs
