Job summary

Safran DSI is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance team. The role focuses on monthly rolling forecasts, dashboards, and strategic support for management, including preparation of financial presentations and business plans.

The ideal candidate will provide forecasting insights and participate in budgeting, pricing initiatives, and executive reporting. Based in Bedford, NH, the position requires experience with large ERP systems, strong accounting

Qualifications

3+ years of FP&A or similar experience.
Experience in ITAR compliant environments.
Experience with large ERP systems.
Accounting background.
Experience working for a DoD federal contractor.
Ability to influence, motivate, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present data to Senior Leadership.
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

Dedicated resource for monthly rolling forecasts (ROFO) and reporting.
Prepare and distribute monthly rolling forecast dashboard with P&L budget/variance, inventory analysis, and risk/opportunity identification.
Drive monthly shipments meetings aligned to revenue projections.
Prepare and distribute the 4-year Medium Term Plan (MBM data with full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
Drive MBM inputs and present a comprehensive business dashboard to Senior Leadership.
Support annual budgeting exercises with cross-department data gathering and modeling.
Support executive dashboard preparation with concise, polished slide decks.
Lead continuous improvement on budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools.
Assist with pricing and cost savings initiatives.
Field ad-hoc reporting and other duties as assigned.
