Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive planning, forecasting, and strategic insights for its fast-growing power solutions business.

The role collaborates with senior leadership across operations, logistics, and investor relations to support budgeting and capital allocation in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include leading monthly closes, building financial models, and delivering actionable analyses to improve margins and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive (ideally at the C-suite or president level).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar/travel management tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans for divisions within Power Solutions.
• Perform variance analyses and provide actionable insights on revenue drivers, costs, margins, and capex.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning and growth projections.
• Support monthly close processes and management reporting packages with accounting teams.
• Partner with operations and business unit leaders to analyze costs and drive data-driven insights.
• Own project-level P&L analyses including margins and labor/parts costs.
• Assist in capital planning and tracking strategic investments.
