Job summary

KLS MARTIN LP in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Financial Analyst II to drive corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytics. You will partner with departments to enable informed operational and strategic decisions and strengthen financial processes.

The role develops financial models, dashboards and KPIs, leveraging SAP and BI tools and applying data-driven insights to support performance optimization in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including modeling, data analysis and automation techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or comparable BI tools preferred.
• Experience within a manufacturing or operational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads budgeting, rolling forecast and planning activities for assigned departments, functions and business units.
• Develops and maintains forecasts for assigned functional areas and prepares components of consolidated financial statements with senior FP&A teammates.
• Develops business cases, capital investment analyses and financial evaluations supporting operational improvements.
• Evaluates planning assumptions and forecast accuracy to improve planning quality.
• Prepares executive-ready analyses, planning materials and presentations for Finance leadership.
