Job summary

KLS Martin Group is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support Corporate Planning. You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial analysis for multiple departments, partnering with senior FP&A to deliver insights that drive operational improvements.

You will develop financial models, dashboards and KPI reports, translating data into actionable business recommendations and partnering across functions to strengthen decision-making and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• 3–5 years in Financial Planning & Analysis or related analytical role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and business performance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling, data analysis and automation techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or comparable BI tools preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads budgeting, rolling forecast and planning for assigned departments, functions and business units while coordinating planning assumptions with stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains forecasts for assigned functional areas and prepares components of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
• Develops business cases, capital investment analyses and financial evaluations.
• Evaluates planning assumptions, forecast accuracy and changing business conditions to improve planning quality.
• Prepares executive-ready analyses, planning materials and presentations for Finance leadership and management.
• Develops KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics for assigned areas.
• Analyzes performance, identifies trends and translates findings into actionable recommendations.
• Builds driver-based models and tools for budgeting and forecasting; improves model design and automation.
• Partners with Finance Tech & Transformation to enhance reporting and data quality.
