Doka USA Ltd. is seeking an analytical FP&A professional to lead regional consolidation and management reporting. The role coordinates planning calendars, consolidates country submissions, monitors performance, and delivers standardized regional management information.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A, controlling, consolidation, or management reporting in a multi-country environment.
• Experience consolidating forecasts, budgets, and actuals and preparing management reports for senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, planning processes, and close dependencies.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar BI platform preferred.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO or related planning/reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent data-management, reconciliation, and analytical skills; attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional consolidation of actuals, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans across country FP&A teams.
• Prepare and deliver regional management reporting, KPI dashboards, trend analysis, and executive summaries.
• Monitor performance against plan and identify risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of country submissions and eliminations for consistent regional reporting.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms and Excel; automate processes.
• Support planning reviews and coordinate regional forecasting and budgeting calendars.
