Job summary

Doka USA, Ltd. is seeking an analytical FP&A professional to lead regional consolidation and management reporting. You will coordinate the planning calendar, consolidate country submissions, monitor performance, and deliver standardized regional insights for leadership.

The role works with country FP&A teams, Finance & Accounting, regional leadership, and HQ, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely regional reporting. Strong Excel, Power BI, and SAP experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A, consolidation, or management reporting experience across multiple countries.
• Experience consolidating forecasts and prep for senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional consolidation of actuals, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans across country FP&A teams.
• Deliver regional management reporting with KPI dashboards and variance analysis.
• Monitor performance against plan and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of country submissions and eliminations.
