Job summary

Doka USA is seeking aSenior FP&A Analyst, Operations / Supply Chain, to serve as the primary financial advisor to operations leadership. This role drives forward‑looking analysis, cost transparency and decision support across the operating network to improve service, cash and ROIC.

The position requires strong FP&A, cost analysis, and business partnering skills, partnering with operations, supply chain, regional and country management, sales and Finance. This role reports to the Director of FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 5+ years in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or related roles in multi-site environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and working capital.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI and SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional operations and supply chain leaders to set financial targets.
• Lead cost, productivity, and service level reviews with KPIs.
• Align forecasts with demand, inventory, and capacity plans.
• Develop business cases for capital investments and ROI analyses.
• Enhance data quality, dashboards, and reporting using BI tools.
