Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead strategic financial and operational insights. You will oversee the development, management, and optimization of dashboards and reporting systems, leveraging Power BI for executive decisions.

In this senior role, you will collaborate with the executive team and leaders across corporate and business units to drive growth, profitability, and cash flow optimization while fostering a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• MBA or CPA highly preferred but not required.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance and FP&A, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience and strong understanding of Power BI, designing, deploying, and optimizing dashboards for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of financial and operational data into Power BI dashboards delivering real-time insights for senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages with variance analysis and scenario modeling.
• Develop executive-level reporting tools and dashboards, conveying complex data into clear narratives for executives and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics using Power BI and other analytics tools; align performance with corporate objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maximize use of data platforms for integrated decision-making and dashboard adoption.
• Oversee design and continuous improvement of dashboards and KPIs aligned with strategic priorities.
