Job summary

TYR Sport seeks an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. You will collaborate with management to drive performance, prepare variance commentary for the executive team, and deliver actionable insights using BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Comfort working with large data sets.
• Prior experience with business intelligence or planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual budget with management.
• Create a monthly forecast based on current business conditions.
• Analyze monthly results and report variances to the executive team.
• Generate monthly reporting for sales, gross profit, operating expenses and capex with narratives.
• Build models to forecast financial outcomes and business impact.
• Leverage BI/AI tools to deliver insights into performance.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes.
• Support internal and external financial and management reporting.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for executive leadership.
• Compile key metrics for transparent investment decisions.
