Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling and large data sets.
• Experience with ERP and planning tools like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly forecasting for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount modeling.
• Lead annual budget cycle with bottoms-up plans and top-down targets.
• Deliver month-end variance analysis and identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models for business cases, scenario planning, and investments.
• Partner with Accounting on close activities and reconciliations.
• Create recurring management reports and dashboards with improved accuracy and automation.
• Present findings to finance leadership and business partners.
