Job summary

You will develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts, translate demand signals into production and capacity plans, and lead the S&OP process to align forecasts with customer needs. You will champion Lean and continuous improvement, evaluate forecast accuracy, identify risks, and drive supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance or equivalent degree.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts using historical trends, market insights, and cross-functional inputs.
• Translate demand signals into actionable production and capacity plans.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and align forecasts with customer needs.
• Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement to strengthen supply chain performance.
