Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Forecasting and Logistics professional to drive fleet planning and operational forecasts across the Polaris Adventures network.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to predict vehicle demand, coordinate transportation, and optimize inventory and disposition activities. You will influence planning across vehicle lifecycles, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• At least 3 years forecasting, demand planning, or logistics experience.
• Proven ability to manage relationships across multiple organizations and locations.
• Experience delivering presentations to groups of varying sizes.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Automotive or powersports industry experience preferred.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vehicle, accessory, and distribution forecasts using Excel, dashboards, and ERP data while supporting data integrity.
• Lead monthly SIOP/Demand Reviews with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, inventory requirements, and business needs.
• Forecast, track, analyze, and regularly report key fleet and operational metrics to management.
• Review and approve fleet orders for accuracy and feasibility against forecasted plans, identifying potential inventory shortages, excess stock, and production capacity constraints.
• Coordinate vehicle logistics and delivery activities to support contracted deadlines and timely revenue recognition.
• Manage fleet model availability within the ERP system and monitor model-year transitions and new product initiatives for potential business impacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to support ongoing vehicle disposition and repeat purchases.
• Communicate relevant outfitter order information, product changes, constraints, and other fleet considerations to management and team members.
