Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning technology across the enterprise. You will own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and value delivery for digital planning capabilities supporting S&OP processes.

The role partners with manufacturing sites, ERP workstreams, and vendors in a hybrid office/remote setting. You will coordinate feedback, oversee backlog health, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes while guiding matrixed teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience.
7+ years of progressive experience with technology and business processes that support supply chain planning.
Strong understanding of product management, vision, roadmap, prioritization, and value realization.
Deep knowledge of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning processes and end‑to‑end planning concepts.
Ability to align digital product investments with business objectives and enterprise strategies.
Experience using data, analytics, and performance metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
Excellent influencing, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute the digital strategy, product vision, and roadmap for enterprise supply chain planning capabilities.
Own product prioritization, backlog health, dependencies, delivery commitments, risks, budgets, and business outcomes.
Gather and synthesize planning needs across demand, supply, inventory, plant scheduling, and technical teams.
Translate requirements into product capabilities, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
Lead day‑to‑day product decisions and backlog refinement for planning systems and integrations.
Coordinate feedback, release planning, and implementation readiness across sites, ERP workstreams, vendors, and partners.
Provide leadership to matrixed teams, guiding solution design and removing blockers.
Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and implementation readiness activities.
Maintain a current roadmap with priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery timing.
Monitor product performance, adoption, data quality, KPIs, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
Evaluate competitive landscape and evolve digital product methodologies.
