Quadra Chemicals is seeking a Procurement Specialist for Food & Nutrition in the United States. The role focuses on placing replenishment orders, maintaining inventory, and building strong supplier relations to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The position requires collaboration with internal teams, proficiency with Oracle/JD Edwards, SAP or JD Edwards, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Commerce or Science.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement, replenishment, inventory control.
• Experience in food ingredients or manufacturing is a plus.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce; SAP or JD Edwards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for food ingredients, orders, deliveries, and inventory.
• Minimize aging inventory and forecast demand to ensure continuity.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Commercial teams on pricing accuracy.
• Place replenishment orders with suppliers and monitor performance.
• Reconcile supplier invoices monthly and maintain procurement records.
