Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group in Buford, GA is seeking an automotive salesperson focused on commercial and fleet customers. You will greet customers, determine vehicle needs, explain features, and demonstrate operation in showroom or on road.

You will prepare quotes, handle paperwork, arrange delivery and registration, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to business development while upholding our core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience required or desired.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM/web-based applications.
• Able to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Sells new or used vehicles to commercial or fleet customers.
• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customers and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including contracts.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Researches availability of models and optional equipment.
• Engages in business development.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
