You will coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and vehicle documentation while aligning purchasing with agency budgets and compliance requirements.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with internal teams, vendors, and program staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle lifecycle administration.
• Procurement principles including vendor sourcing, price analysis, purchase orders, and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily fleet operations and monitor vehicle availability.
• Coordinate assignments with fleet vendors and internal departments to support transportation operations.
• Track maintenance, repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules; maintain service records.
• Maintain fleet and procurement records for audits and reporting.
• Support procurement of goods, equipment, vehicles, and services per agency policies.
• Monitor vendor performance, negotiate pricing, and ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate facilities, fleet issues, and safety; assist with urgent operational needs.
