Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Manager, Fleet Operations to lead daily fleet maintenance and manage 3rd party vendors, ensuring safe, cost-effective repairs and documentation across multiple locations.

The role requires a strong mix of leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge, with hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair and fleet maintenance best practices. A flexible schedule and strategic cost management are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanics and Heavy Equipment repair.
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance methods, equipment, techniques, parts, processes, pricing, suppliers, industry standards and best practices used in vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of DOT laws, federal regulations, best practices, fleet makes & models, specifications, operations, and industry standards regarding large fleet equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Fleet Maintenance department and manage 3rd party vendors.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure adherence across locations.
• Perform quality control audits of repairs and services.
• Ensure documentation accuracy for maintenance/repair activities.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and assess vendor performance.
• Coordinate with Safety on fleet-related incidents.
• Monitor and manage annual cost budgets and variances.
