Job summary

Meritum Energy Holdings seeks a Fleet Manager to oversee repair and maintenance programs, procurement, disposal, and fleet optimization. You will analyze fleet data to guide strategic initiatives and support field operations, ensuring a safe, dependable fleet aligned with regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating with Operations, Field leadership, vendors, and shop staff while maintaining compliance and reporting to leadership. San Antonio-based position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or high school diploma/GED with 3–4 years in fleet management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, fleet management systems, and dispatch systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate major repairs and fleet optimization by location and need.
• Triage incoming fleet requests and escalate to the Director with context.
• Maintain open unit issue logs; coordinate with shop staff, vendors and drivers.
