Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end fleet operations.
• 5+ years in a role focused on project management with analytics.
• Operational and technical expertise in fleet and asset management.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value cost-saving projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Vendor relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple fleet projects with focus on cost control and efficiency.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve operations and KPIs.
• Ensure DOT regulatory compliance across local/state/federal levels.
• Deliver savings on vehicle maintenance and related projects.
• Collaborate with Fleet Management Company and ensure SLAs are met.
• Develop and manage fuel program activities to maximize savings.
