University of Central Florida's University Operations invites you to join the Maintenance Services team as Fleet Manager, leading a high-impact fleet program. You will oversee lifecycle planning, driver safety, and data-driven decision making to optimize utilization and sustainability.

This on-site role requires collaboration with campus partners, budget management, and a focus on reliability and emergency readiness, with opportunities to influence infrastructure and EV transition.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing a large, complex fleet program.
• Knowledge of fleet lifecycle management and asset systems (e.g., IWMS/AiM).
• Professional certifications such as CAFM or CPFP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the university's fleet program, including vehicle acquisition and lifecycle planning.
• Develop and oversee operating and capital budgets for maintenance, fuel, rentals, and reserves.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and campus policies; liaise with departments and external agencies.
• Oversee fleet asset management within IWMS (AiM), tracking lifecycle, maintenance, and performance.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and vendor evaluations for quality and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate generator and emergency power support operations for outages and events.
• Use data tools to analyze fleet utilization and inform strategic decisions.
• Support capital planning, including fleet replacement and infrastructure improvements.
• Serve as subject matter expert and lead staff supervision and development.
