Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management or related operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and preventive maintenance.
• Understanding of DOT and fleet safety compliance.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle and equipment fleet performance, utilization, and costs.
• Own Preventative Maintenance Program and schedules.
• Develop fleet cost reports and budgeting with leadership.
• Coordinate equipment movements across projects and vendors.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and data-driven decision making.
