Job summary

AMPAM Parks Mechanical is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead the strategic and day-to-day management of the company vehicle fleet and equipment. You will own the lifecycle from purchasing to preventive maintenance, ensure safety and compliance, and work with Purchasing, Operations, and Field Leadership to support multi-family MEP construction projects.

The role requires 3–6+ years in fleet/equipment management, with preference for large fleets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6+ years of fleet/equipment management experience.
• Experience managing a fleet of 200+ vehicles or heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and purchase new company vehicles and major equipment.
• Design and manage a preventive maintenance schedule for fleet assets.
• Coordinate repairs and service with technicians and vendors; manage work orders and costs.
• Maintain fleet compliance with DOT, DMV, insurance, and safety inspections.
• Develop asset registers and KPI reporting for supply chain leadership.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Field Leadership for project-aligned fleet availability.
