RATP Dev USA in Concord, CA is seeking a visionary Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, delegate supervisor tasks, and ensure a safe, efficient working environment. The role demands strong problem‑solving and team-building capabilities while conforming to OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will drive preventative maintenance, manage the maintenance budget, and coordinate with safety, risk, and improvement teams to deliver cost-effective transit services

Competenze

• Extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local maintenance laws.
• Experience interfacing with public officials and staff at all levels.
• Knowledge of bus maintenance principles, procedures, and policies.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership, direction, and coordination of staff to deliver safe, reliable transit services.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and OSHA compliant procedures.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and budget tracking to control costs.
• Collaborate with Safety, Risk, and Continuous Improvement teams on process improvements.
• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies on maintenance-related projects.
