Job summary

RATP Dev USA, based in Concord, CA, seeks a seasoned Manager of Safety and Training to lead safety policy development, training program design, and compliance across the transit operations. This role focuses on protecting employees, passengers, and the public while advancing organizational safety culture.

You will oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and the implementation of safety measures, working with multiple departments and external regulators to maintain industry-leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years managing safety and training teams.
• Experience implementing safety and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations.
