RATP Dev USA in Asheville, NC is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance organization on-site. You will shape the vision, delegate to supervisors, and ensure safe, reliable transit operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of bus maintenance, OSHA compliance, budget oversight, and collaboration with safety, risk, and continuous improvement teams to drive efficiency and safety culture.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance leadership for transportation.
• Experience managing a maintenance department in fixed-route transit.
• Experience leading battery electric and hybrid fleets.
• Union environment experience and fleet transformation leadership.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance vision for the team.
• Oversight of safety programs, OSHA compliance, and environmental considerations.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Lead maintenance supervisors, review daily reports, and drive process improvements.
