Qualifications

• 10-15 years in progressive fleet management roles with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or multi-site management.
• Experience with a fleet of 500+ assets and diverse equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and capital budgeting.
• Proven ability to defend capital requests with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional fleet operations across multiple sites, shops, and yards.
• Own maintenance strategy, PM programs, and uptime targets.
• Manage total cost of ownership including acquisitions and disposal.
• Develop asset lifecycle and capital replacement plans; manage budgets.
• Ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance and supervise a fleet team.
• Implement fleet tech, reporting, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Manage supplier, dealer, and third-party maintenance relationships.
• Forecast equipment needs and support project mobilization/demobilization.
