Job summary

Ellingson is seeking a Fleet and Asset Manager to oversee the acquisition, replacement, and disposal of vehicles and assets across their lifecycle. You will lead the Fleet team, aligning with stakeholders to optimize ROI, cost efficiency, and capital planning.

The role requires strong data analysis, financial acumen, and the ability to drive change while building cross-functional relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet/asset management.
• Associates degree in Fleet Management, Business Administration, or related field plus 10 years of experience in fleet/asset management or equivalent.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively.
• Change management skills and process improvement experience.
• Data-driven decision making with the ability to lead teams and implement technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition, replacement, and disposal of vehicles and fleet assets across their lifecycle.
• Lead the Fleet team to achieve department results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess facility and equipment needs based on ROI and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and update rolling multi-year capital plans and track performance metrics.
