Job summary

SWBC is looking for a talented individual to excel in fixed income sales in Austin, Texas. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with insurance companies and financial institutions while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in fixed income sales, holds necessary securities licenses, and exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills. SWBC offers a competitive compensation package and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in fixed-income sales/trading.
• Possess and maintain all applicable securities licenses (Series7 and Series63).
• Strong understanding of financial institution services.

Responsibilities

• Solicits and facilitates fixed income sales with various accounts.
• Generates sales and develops new prospects through contact.
• Attends industry conferences to expand client base.
